Stampin' Up has very pretty Designer Series Paper.  To make my Thank You cards for this month, I used the Pattern Party Designer Series paper pack. 

I made two different fun folds using the same paper.

Here are the measurements for this card 
Blushing Bride for the base cut at 4 1/4"  x 11" scored at 5 1/2"
To make the fold I cut off 1 1/4" from the front of the card, I was left with a 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" front.
I layered the front with a piece of 4" x 4" pattern paper. (DSP)
I also cut a piece of DSP  measuring 1 1/4" x 4" for bottom of the card. 

I used  two of the Scalloped Contour Dies for my sentiment.
The big Thanks is from the Biggest Wish Stamp set.

For the inside of the card I used the Create with Friends stamp set and the flowers are from the Hello Ladybug set.

Here are the measurement for this Fun Fold

Base card measures 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"  scored at 3", and 1 1/4 "
Layered with a piece if DSP measuring 2 1/4" x 5 1/4". and 1" for the smaller fold.
For the front I used  Scalloped Contour Dies and Biggest Wish stamp set.

The inside is the same as the first Fun Fold
