More embossing - Tuesday Stamping Tips and Tricks with Tony

Hello Fellow stampers and friends~
In this blog post I will be sharing a few more embossing tips, demonstrating the Stamparatus, and making a couple of cards.  Did you know that you can heat emboss an area and then stamp over it and the ink won't stick to the embossed area? Watch the video and see how it's done.

Instructions:
(Fall Card Front)

Using Stamparatus, or Acrylic block and Tree From Life is Beautiful stamp set,  stamp the tree onto the front
cardstock using Cinnamon Cider stamp pad.

Using Versamark pad, stamp over the tree stamp and re-stamp over the design on the paper.

Cover the tree shape with embossing powder until everything is covered then put excess back into container

  Heat emboss until set.

Using the photos, and video for reference apply colors to background using sponge(s) or daubers until you are       satisfied.  Next stamp leaves as desired.  Wipe off any excess ink from the tree shape.

 (Winter Card Front)

Proceed as above using Silver embossing powder for the tree or Smokey Slate.  As before, follow photos and video to complete the second card.

Enjoy!
God Bless,
Tony
