Colour Resist Technique with Art Gallery Stamp Set

This a great technique with this stamp set.
Here is how to do it.
1. Ink up the large flower from the set with Versa Mark Ink. This a watermark stamp pad avaliable from Stampin' up.
2. Stamp this on a piece of white card stock measuring 4 x 51/4.
On this card it ws stamped 5 times. Added ink each time it was stamped.
3. The flowers are then covered white embossing powder over a piece of scrap paper. The embossing powder will stick to the stamped flowers. Remove the excess powder on to the piece of paper and pour it back into the container.
4. Us a heating tool to melt the powder on the flowers till you see a shine. Just be careful not to heat for too long or it will burn.
5. Use a piece of sponge and the following stamp pads, Daffodil Delight, Highland Heather and Pool Party to colour the background. Blending the colours as shown above. Use a tissue to wippe the ink off the flowers.
6. Cut out the sentiments from the die set and add to front of the card. This die set has many options.
7. Adhere you finished piece to the Gorgeous Grapes Card stock.

Fine Art Floral Card

The Fine Art Floral Suite is a beautiful set in the Stampin' Up Mini Catalogue. January - June. 2021.
It makes stunning cards. The Pattern paper is beautiful. I have used the pattern paper and the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder to make this card.
1. Cut a piece of Merry Melot card stock at 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches and score it at 4 1/4inches.
2. For the embossed layer cut a piece of white card stock 4 x 5 1/4 inches. To embosse place the white card stock in the floder, and run it through the Cut and Emboss machine. Layer on to card stock with Tom Bow glue.
3. Cut a square of Merry Melot card stock at 3 1/4 x 31/4 inches, and a piece of pattern paper at 3 x3 inches. Adhere to card stock. Glue on to front of the card
4. Cut another piece of patterner at 4 x 1 3/4inches. Glue this piece leaving a 1/4 boarder at the bottom of the card. I may cover a bit of the square.
5. Cut a piece of white card stock 1 1/4 x 4 1/2 inches, add a piece of ribbon. I used the ribbon from the suite, then place it diagonally on the top of the pattern paper and trim of the excess card stock at ends. Add a bow.
6 Use the second largest Stitched Die circle from the Stitched Die set to stamp the flower.
7. Use Merry Malot ink pad and the smallest flower and stamp in full strength on the circle. Stamp the larger flower by stamping off once and then stamp on the circle as shown. Add the leaves.
8. Stamp the sentiment on a piece of white card stock and use the die cut from the set to cut it out.
9. To finish your card adhere a piece of white card stock inside and stamp the flower and the leaves.
