Cards for August #2 Beautiful Moments

Beautiful Moments is one of my favourite stamp set in the current 2020 Stampin' Up Catalogue. The images are black line drawings so if you like colouring this is the set for you
There are endless creative possibilities with this stamp set.

1. For the background I used the largest circle from the Layering Circles Dies to use as a mask for creating the background. Place the mask on top of a piece of white card stock measuring 4 by 5 1/4. Tape down the mask to ensure that it does not move while you are sponging.

2. Use a sponge and your Daffodil Delight ink pad to colour the circle.
Begin the sponging on a scrap piece of paper so you avoide dark spots and have a smooth back ground.

3. Stamp the sentiment from the stamp set and the rest of the images as shown.

4. Colour the women with Bermuda Day light and dark Stamping Blends. For the little girl
I used light and dark Flirty Flamingo Blends. Coloured the skin with the Bronze marker,
You can choose any colours you prefer.

5. Create a Flirty Flamingo Card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/5
