Tuesday Stampin' Tips with Tony ~ More projects using Glycerine as a medium with ink

IMG 2191Hello fellow stampers and friends~
I did my regular Tuesday Stampin' Tips with Tony, earlier today because I have another engagement tonight.  In this tutorial I re-visited working with Glycerin as a medium with stamp ink.  There are so many different ways of using the medium in card making, and I hope you are inspired to try this technique.
Happy Stampin' and God Bless!
Tony

Instructions:
Cut CS base 8 1/2" x 5 1/2"  Cinnamon Cider, score 4 1/4"

Cut front and insert 5 1/4" x 4"  Very Vanilla

Cut Sentiment from Very Vanilla, smallest Cellabration die, and stamp with desired sentiment, cinnamon cider

On card front, divide the paper into thirds and lightly mark with pencil.

Use a straight piece of scrap paper, to designate where to put color, and create separation.

On acrylic block, put some glycerin, and several drops of each of the refill inks.

Dip a sponge in the glycerin then into the color of choice and gently apply color.

Repeat with the other colors and glycerin.

Using scrap paper, punch out leaves and acorns to create templates.

Using Cinnamon Cider ink, daubers/sponges, and templates, apply leaves as desired across the front of the card.

Using the detail leaf/acorn stamps add detail to the ones previously stamped, as desired.

Adhere the sentiment with dimensionals,  and make a bow and adhere to front of card

Stamp inside very vanilla insert if desired, then adhere to inside of card.

Instructions:
Cut CS 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", Just Jade, score 4 1/4"
Cut two CS 5 1/4" x 4", Very Vanilla
Cut sentiment shape as desired, stamp with sentiment of choice and set aside
Add additional refill ink and glycerin as needed to the acrylic block.
Starting with lighter color first, apply color as desired, overlapping.  Do the same for all three colors.
Using leaf and acorn punches, punch out shapes from inked paper as desired.  Save the punch out shapes to adhere to the front of the card.
Add bow and sentiment with dimensionals if desired.  Add embellishments if desired.
Stamp leaves on the inside piece of card stock and adhere to middle of card.

I hope you have enjoyed these projects.
