Wind Down Wednesday, stamping with Tony - Weaving and Birds and Branches
Hello fellow stampers and friends~
A few weeks back I came up with an idea to weave together strips of dsp and I thought it kind of looked like a fence, so I got the idea to incorporate the new SU Birds & Branches stamps and Birds & More die bundle. I ended up making six different cards and decided that it would be a good project to demo.
Before beginning the project I recommend watching the video tutorial.
Supplies:
1. 5 1/4" x 4" cardstock in coordinating color to the dsp you choose to use.
2. 6" x 6" dsp, cut into 1/2" and 3/4" pieces, usually one card front per 6" x 6".
3. stamp and die cut birds, branch using Birds & Branches stamps and Birds & more dies
Assemble:
1. following the tutorial in the video, weave the strips and glue down. let dry before proceeding
2. Attach the birds and branch with glue/dimensionals over top of the woven design.
3. add embellishments and sentiment as desired.
Happy Stamping!
God Bless
Tony
